3 eggs slightly beaten 1 c. Karo syrup 2 tbsp butter melted 1 c. sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 c. pecans
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix eggs, syrup, butter, sugar and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8 or 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted half way between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on rack.
