1 2 1/2- 3 pound fryer
1 can cream of celery coup
1 8 oz. package herb seasoned stuffing ( I use Kellogg's)
1 1/2 cups broth
1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fryer until tender. Save the broth. Remove the skin and take meat from the bones and spread in bottom of a greased casserole. Heat 1 can cream of celery soup diluted with 1/2 can of broth. Pour over chicken. To one package stuffing, add 1 cup of broth and 1/2 stick of margarine which has been heated together. Mix lightlly with fork. Cover chicken mixture with dressing and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

* If I am in a hurry, I just use chicken breasts,and bake them until they are done. If I don't have enough broth, I use water.
