Zucchini Soup with Pasta Recipe

4 tbsp. olive oil
2 onions, minced
1 1/2 quarts chicken stock
2 pounds zucchini
1 cup small soup pasta (stellette)
a little lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chervil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
sour cream, to serve

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onions, cover, and cook slowly for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft but not colored.

2. Add the stock to the pan and bring the mixture to a boil.

3. Meanwhile, grate the zucchini and stir into the4 boiling stock with the pasta. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and simmer for 15 minutes until the pasta is tender.

4. Season to taste with the lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped fresh chervil. Pour into bowls and add a swirl of sour cream before serving.

I couldn't find chervil so I eliminated it. It was delicious without it.
