5 lbs red potatoes (small)
1 lg. onion
6 eggs
2 stalks of celery
2 cups salad dressing ( to taste )
salt, pepper, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with the skin on and refrigerate overnight. Skin potatos and slice, chop onions fine and celery and four of the eggs, two will go on top. Put all ingredients on to a white dish cloth and roll together until mixed. Place ingredients into bowl and top with sliced remaining eggs and paprika
