Frozen tator tots 1 lb. sausage- brown & drain 1 1/2 c grated velveeta cheese 12 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. picante sauce Optional: black olives & onions
Preheat oven to 350º. Soften tator tots in microwave. Crumble into 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage over tator tots. Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage. Beat eggs, milk, & picante sauce. Spread over all. Add optionals if desired. Bake in 350 oven 40-45 min.
