1 3oz pkg. lime jello
3/4 c boiling water

Dissolve jello in water.

Combine the following ingredients:
3/4 c. shredded unpeeled cucumbers
2 T grated onion
1 c cottage cheese
1 c mayonnaise
1/3 c sliced almonds (optional)

Directions:

Add the above ingredients to the cooled jello. Double the receipe for a 9x13 pan.
