16 slices of bread
1-1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. pepper
1(20 oz.) package frozen O'Brien hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9"x13" pan. Place 8 slices of bread in pan. Sprinkle browned sausage and one cup of cheese over bread. Cover sausage/cheese with 8 remaining slices of bread. Mix eggs, milk, and spices and pour over all. Cover with hash browns and sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. Pour melted butter over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
