1 c. sugar 1/2 c. white syrup 1 c. raw spanish peanuts 1/8 tsp. salt 1 t. vanilla 1 T. butter 1 t. baking soda
Place sugar, white syrup, peanuts and salt in 2 quart bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook 4 minutes on high. Stir and then add vanilla and butter. Stir and cook 2 minutes on high. Add baking soda, stir quickly and well. Pour on a greased cookie sheet; cool.
