3 (3oz.) packages lime Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pint sour cream
1 pint vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saving the juice, drain pineapple and add enough water to the juice to make 3-1/2 c. Bring this to a boil. Add Jello, stir and allow to cool. After the ice cream has been at room temperature for 15 minutes, add it and the sour cream to the cooled mixture and beat at low speed with mixer. Add pineapple and pour mixture into a lightly oiled 9"x13" pan. After mixture has set, top with Cool Whip and nuts.
