3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
3/4 c. pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, mix again. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin, mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10"x15" pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. While roll is baking, sprinkle powdered sugar freely on a dish towel. When roll is done, turn out on sugared towel and wrap roll. Cool 10 minutes. Unroll and spread the following mixture on roll: 8 oz. cream cheese and 8 oz. cool whip, mixed well. Spread evenly, reroll and refrigerate. May sprinkle with powdered sugar.
