2 pkg. orange Jello 1 c. frozen orange juice 1 can mandarin oranges 1/2 pint whipping cream 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. regular lemon pie filling (not instant)
Make Jello using frozen juice as part of liquid (use pineapple and mandarin orange juice to make up rest of cold liquid) When Jello thickens, add pineapple and oranges. Prepare pudding and when cool, fold in whipping cream. Spread on top of set Jello. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
