5 lbs potatoes
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup mayo
1 lb. cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon margarine or butter
sourcream and onion potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, peel and cube potatoes. Place in a greased baking dish. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with potato chip crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 min or lightly browned

I made this up during band camp, originally using reg chips and left-over baked potatoes. We used outside shells for potato skins and inside for lovely casserole. Can add diced bacon bits for additional flavor .
