2 cups fresh Basil Leaves, packed
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup Pine Nuts
3 medium minced Garlic Cloves
Kosher salt and fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine basil and pine nuts in a food processor. Pulse a few times. Add garlic and pulse. Slowly add olive oil in a constant stream while the food processor is on. Scrape sides with a spatula. Add cheese and pulse. Add salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or bagettes, or on pizza.
