1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 can Chicken Gumbo soup
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and add onions. Stir and cook until onions are transparent. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until thick. Serve on hamburger buns. This may not need garlic salt, because the soup, ketchup and mustard are quite salty.
