1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 t. allspice
1/4 t. salt
4 c. peeled sliced green tomatoes
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie pan with pie dough. Mix flour, sugar, lemon rind, salt, allspice, and lemon juice together. Put a small amount on the bottom of the pie shell. Arrange tomato slices with a dot of butter on each slice to top of pie pan. Cover with lattice top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
