1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in skillet and drain off fat. Combine meat, onions, soup, water and soy sauce. Pour into a 9X13 pan or casserole. Sprinkle rice over top and push down with a spoon. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Take foil off and stir until rice is mixed with soup. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top and bake 10 minutes uncovered. Serve 6.
