6 potatoes
2 cans of salmon
salt
pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350, lightly butter a casserole dish
Slice potatoes thinly, then layer half of potatoes on the bottom of the dish.
Top potatoes with salmon, then mayonnaise
Layer remaining potatoes on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour whipping cream on top.
Cover the casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
