2 tbsp butter
3 lbs spareribs
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup katsup
1 tsp celery seed
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup water

Directions:

Preheat electric frying pan to 350
Cut spareribs into 6 servings
Add butter and brown spareribs on both sides.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook at 210 for 45 minutes or until tender.
