2 sticks of butter or margarine 2 c. sugar 6 eggs 1/2 c milk 1 tbsp. lemon flavoring or rind 1 12 oz. box vanilla wafers, crushed 1 7 oz. pkg. coconut 1 c. pecans
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix milk with vanilla wafer crumbs. Add to creamed butter mixture. Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour into well greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300º.
