1 chicken, cooked and deboned
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
6 sprigs parsley or 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1 loaf bread, crumbled
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add bread crumbs and moisten with milk or 8 to 10 tbsp. chicken broth. Make sauce from cream soups and dilute with milk until like gravy. Fill casserole with half of dressing, 1/2 of sauce. Add all of the chicken. Add balance of sauce and dressing on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Note - this is also a great way to use leftover turkey.
