1 or 2 sweet potatoes,cooked, peeled and mashed
Onions (sliced)
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in little oil in frying pan until lightly brown. Remove chops. Add onions with a little flour and stir until onions are soft and flour lightly brown. Add about 1 c. of water and the sweet potatoes. Add more water if needed. If desired, add 1 c. crushed pecans or 1/2 c. green onions.
Cook pork chops on both sides slowly with low heat until tender.
