Biscuit dough Tart apples, peeled and diced Butter
Make very short biscuit dough roll as for pie crust and cut into about 7" circle. Peel and dice tart apples. Place about 1/2 cup of diced apples in center of circle of dough. Sprinkle heavily with sugar and cinnamon and dot with 1 tsp. butter. Draw the dough up around apples and pinch around with fork to seal.
