5 lbs. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt / pepper
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil in salt water until soft. Drain and mash. Mix rest of ingredients together and bake 350 or place in crockpot, cook until warmed through.
