3 c. cooked white meat, diced
3 c. cream of chicken soup
2-1/4 c. Hellmans' Mayonaise
3 c. raw celery, minced
3 c. cooked rice
3 tsp. fresh onion, minced
3 tsp. lemon juice
diced ripe olives (optional)
1 pkg. sliced almonds
2 c. crushed corn flakes (buttered)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken soup, mayonaise, celery, rice, onions, lemon juice. Place in 9 in.x13 in. baking dish. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. Add corn flakes and almonds. Bake 15 min. more. If olives are added, do so before baking. If freezing, do so before adding olives & topping.
