1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. plain flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt Decorator Sugar Crystals
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Drop by spoonfuls on cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar crystals. Bake 6-8 minutes.
