Six thin sliced chicken breasts
seasoned bread crumbs
artichoke dip
(Artichoke Dip:1 can artichokes chopped,
2 cloves fresh diced garlic, 1/4 c grated cheese, 1/3c mayo, 1/4c mozzarella shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
In baking dish, place chicken breast. On top of raw chicken, add artichoke dip, On top of dip, add breadcrumbs. Add water to bottom of dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked through, approximate 40 min.

Use real mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip. Plain bread crumbs would be fine. Cheddar cheese is also a nice substitute for the cheese.
