5 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 lb. (2 1/3 c.) crisco
water

For each 9" pie use 2 c. mix. Make paste with four and water (3 tbsp. water and 1/3 c. flour).

This pastry mix you make ahead and put in glass container. When you want to make pie crust, follow above directions by using 2 c. of mix.
I would blend with pastry cutler/blender.
