Ingredients:  
1 No. 2 can fruit cocktail (drain 1/2 juice)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
salt

Also need:
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Line loaf pan with 1/2 cup nuts. Sprinkle top with 1 cup of brown sugar.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
