3 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 T. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, broccoli, bouillon and seasonings. Mix well, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until blended. Add milk to vegetable mixture. Cook until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
