1. one- 9" pie crust, or several mini pie crusts, or just go crustless and bake in ramekins

2. 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
3. three egg yolks (whites not used)
4. 1/2 cup key lime juice *fresh is best, but bottled is ok.
5. whipcream for topping *optional

Directions:

Blend until smooth. Pour into already baked pie shells. Bake at 350 deg for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refridgerating. Just before serving, top with fresh whip cream.
