1 pkg. angel food cake mix
6 apricot halves (canned)
1 cup strawberry preserves
2 tbsp. rum
& 1/4 cup more rum

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare & bake mix (or buy a cake). Let cool. Turn cake out on a cake platter. Place 6 apricot halves on top. Combine 1 cup strawberry preserves & 2 tbsp. rum in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat & pour strawberry mixture over angel cake. Heat 1/4 cup more rum and at the table ignite rum and ladle it over the cake! Cut into wedges & serve. Enjoy!

Don't carry the flaming cake from the kitchen to the dining room. Flames may spill on the floor. It happened to me!
