3 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Milk
3 T Cocoa
1 T Vanilla
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in iron fryer. Cook on high heat to 240 (soft ball stage) Remove from heat; place in cold water in sink for 5 minutes. Pour over ice cream.
