1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp grated onion
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Mix all together with electric mixer. Divide into 3 bowls and add one of the following to each:

1 can drained shrimp
1 can drained clams
1/2 jar dried beef
1/2 package defrosted and drained spinach
1 package dried onion soup mix
1 can drained crushed pineapple and 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Chill and serve with crackers or chips.
