8 cups melon balls ( your choice of varieties)
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves coarsely chopped
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons peppermint schnapps (optional)
1/4 teaspoon. ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon. ground coriander
