2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Icing:
1 stick of butter
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts to sprinkle on top.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well. Pour ingredients into a 13 x 9" greased and floured pan. Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes.
When cake has cooled, blend the icing ingredients in mixing bowl and spread on top of cooled cake. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
