Ingredients: 1 box graham crackers 1 large box instant Vanilla Pudding 1 cup powdered sugar 3 cups milk 1 medium Cool Whip
Chocolate Icing
4 tablespoons margarine box powdered sugar enough milk to moisten 2 tablespoons cocoa

Directions: |
Directions:Mix pudding, powdered sugar and milk together with an electric mixer, about 2 minutes on low speed. Fold cool whip into pudding mixture; set aside. Lightly grease bottom of 9 X 13-inch dish. Line bottom of dish with whole graham crackers (sometimes have to break apart to fit dish). Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers, another layer of crackers and remaining pudding. Finish with a layer of crackers. Ice with chocolate icing and refrigerate.
Icing: Melt margarine in skillet, add powdered sugar. Add enough milk to moisten and add cocoa. Stir until smooth and spread over graham crackers. |
