3 stalks romaine lettuce; washed & shredded
1 pack shredded carrots
1 red onion, diced
1 pack frozen sweet peas
1 medium jar mayo
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pack shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 container bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x11 pan evenly layer lettuce, frozen sweet peas, shredded carrots and diced red onion. Spread mayonnaise evenly over onion and sprinkle evenly with sugar. Next add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese and top with desired amount of bacon bits. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
