Ingredients:

1 container frozen /fresh chicken livers

1 small onion, sliced and chopped

1 cup mayo

4-5 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken livers in frying pan till done. Remove from pan and set aside.

Sauté the onions until soft and light brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

Remove yolks from eggs, crumble with fork. Add mayo to egg yolks and mix till smooth.

Put chicken livers in blender/Quisenart. Add cup of mayo, egg whites and chop/mix together. I like the livers to be a little chunky so I don't 'puree' them. Add onions and egg mixture to livers and mix together.

Add 1 tsp of salt to mixture. Set aside in refrig to cool before serving. For best results make a day ahead. Serve with crackers and Enjoy!!
