2 lbs. beef 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 minced clove garlic 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth 1 c. sour cream Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut meat into small pieces, roll in flour and brown them in butter. Add onions and garlic. Stir in soup and place on covered casserole dish. Cook 1-1/2 hours or until tender. Blend in sour cream and cook additional 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
