Blueberry Yum Yum Recipe

1 cup all purpose flour
1 stick of margarine or butter, softened
1 cup chopped nuts

8 oz. cream cheese, softenend
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup sugar

2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cornstarch (mix with a litttle water)

Preheat oven to 350
Mix the crust ingredients together well. Press them into a 9x13" baking pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

Mix cream cheese and sugar for filling first, then blend in the Cool Whip. Mix until smooth. Spread ths filling on the cooled crust.

Cook the blueberries, sugar and water for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Then add the corn starch/water mixture to the blueberries. Stirring constantaly to prevent lumps. Cook unitl the mixture thickens. Remove from stove and let cool.

When cooled, spread on top of cream cheese mixture and then refrigerate.
