2 lbs. ground beef
1 dozen flour tortillas
8 oz. jar Pace picante sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 c. sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated longhorn cheese
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. chicken broth (bouillon will do)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain beef and onions. Combine with 1 c. grated cheese and 1/2 of picante sauce. Fill and roll tortillas. Place in baking pan. Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and blend. Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Add sour cream and chilies. Pour over tortillas in pan. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Spread on rest of picante sauce and grated cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
