3 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
4 tbsp. tapioca
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp.nutmeg
2 c. strawberries
Double pastry pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, tapioca, and salt; butter and nutmeg if desired. Add sugar mixture to rhubarb pieces. Toss and cook until thickens. Pour in strawberries and mix. Fill pastry-lined 9" pie pan and top with other pastry. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
