Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
Minced onion (optional)
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Prick shell with a pin. Put eggs in cold water. Bring to a boil. Turn heat low and cook for 20 minutes. Drain eggs and plunge in cold water.

When cool enough to handle, peel the eggs, cut in half, and put yolks in a bowl. Mash with a fork. Add a couple of shakes of Lawry's salt, mustard, and minced onion to taste. Moisten with mayo, a tablespoon at a time, until consistency is to taste. Fill the egg whites with the mixture. Put on a pretty plate and serve chilled.
