1 lb of ground beef
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup catsup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown you meat in a skillet.
Drain off fat.
Add the other ingredients to the browned meat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Serve on toasted buns.
