Head of lettuce
5 hard eggs
3 tsp. sugar
dash of salt and pepper
1 lb. bacon
1 small pk. of frozen peas (optional)
1 small onion chopped
1 1/2 c mayonnaise or miracle whip
1 lb. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in 9/13 dish. Break up lettuce and cover bottom of dish. Slice eggs over lettuce. Sprinkle with sugar, salt,pepper.Fry bacon and crumble over eggs. Spread peas over bacon. (optional Chop onions over peas. Spread miracle whip over onions Cover with shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
