Chicken Breasts, skinned
Green peppers
Whole onions
Lots of minced garlic
Red pepper flakes
Lemon pepper, a little
Season all
Bay leaf
Salt and Pepper
2 Cans regular size tomatoes paste

Line skillet with Reynolds foil also cover with foil.
Put chicken in skillet that can go into oven. Add vegetable's Pour olive oil over all ( butter will give it a sweet taste) Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hrs. at 350
The minced garlic she uses is McCormick, in jar not fresh
