2 Tbsp. fat
1 Pound round or flank steak
1 Tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green peppers, diced
1 C. canned beef bouillon
1 C. drained canned tomatoes( I did not use these)
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tsp. soy sauce
1/4 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt fat in fry pan. Cut meat into 1 inch strips; sprinkle with salt & pepper
Place meat, onions, garlic in fry pan; brown
Add peppers, bouillon; cover, cook 30 minutes
Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes ( I never use the tomatoes)
Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, water add to meat mixture. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Pour over rice
