3 - 3 1/2 pound beef roast, sirloin tip or rump roast
12 ounces (jar) pepperoncini peppers
1 envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing, optional

Directions:

Place the beef in the crock pot.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the beef.

Cook 8 hours on low.

The meat should shred. Serve it on crusty sub buns with mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. If you want it less spicy use less peppers.

You can put meat on bread, open face, add some cheese and broil briefly.
If you like spicy, load on the peppers.

If you store leftover meat in the same dish as the peppers, the meat will absorb additional spices.
