10 egg yolks
2 2/3 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsps. vanilla
4 cups milk, scalded
4 cups half and half
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 3 ingredients; add to milk, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer according to directions.
