Zucchini
Onion
Fresh mushroom
Olivia Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Favorite grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice all of your vegetables.
Heat some olive oil in a skillet over a medium high heat.
Add the vegetables and saute them until cooked through.
Season to taste.
Sprinkle with preferably a white grated cheese (optional)

Personal Notes:
Don't overdue the oil or your vegetables will be greasy.
You don't have to coat them with cheese.
I always cook mine until the zucchini and onion are slightly blackened.
Don't substitute canned mushrooms.
